100% Picpoul

From tiny vineyard blocks planted in 2004 and 2018 comes this bright, crisp and fruity Southern French white wine. Our 2022 Picpoul Blanc is fermented and aged in a concrete egg, which is neutral.  We prevented it from going through malo-lactic fermentation to preserve acidity.

The quintessential summer wine. We have a mini-cult like following for this wine, so with only 50 cases made, this won't last long.
