2024 Rosé

The Grenache Noir blocks on the Benchland part of our estate were strong, in fact so strong in 2024 that we decided to bottle the Grenache Rosé on its own.  The nose features bright, brambly, red fruits with a spiciness and limestone, chalky, quality that harkens to a cooler climate European white or rosé.  The palate has a nice balance of richly textured red berry fruits with an energetic core of vivacious acidity and minerality that gives this wine clarity, precision and length.

Winemaking:  De-stemmed and pressed with a 2-3 hour skin contact. Fermented to dryness and aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks. No malo-lactic fermentation.
